Financing
To help you with your new home purchase we have a variety of types of mortgages available. These range from purchase of the home only (Chattel) to FHA land home programs with only a small investment needed. Whatever your needs are we have a program that will fit for you. If you already own your land we have special programs that will allow you to use the land in lieu of down payment and in most cases pre-qualified for a loan.
